Reply to comment by Deb. Anecdotally, higher levels of ketones may actually slow down fat loss. I have a question. I am going to give these ssteps a try. I read the whole article. Pass the test end of the small paper keto strip directly through your urine stream alternatively, collect urine in a clean, dry container and dip the strip in afterward. So mostly no food between 8pm and 1pm the following day. So I decided to do the fat fast. Figured it was water weight and went back to hard core low carb and still fasting at least 17 hours.
